PBN compiled a list of the top hotels and resorts on Kauai, as ranked by the number of rooms.
It seems the renovations were a success. The Prince Course at Princeville Golf Club has been named the No. 1-ranked course in Hawaii, according to GOLF Magazine‘s biennial "2012 Best Courses You Can Play" list.
Princeville Resort’s Prince Course reopened the spring following a revamp by original designer Robert Trent Jones Jr. While some yardage was added, the key restoration efforts included reclaiming fairway margins, improving sight lines, remodeling bunkers, reconstructing green surrounds and re-turfing greens with paspalum.
You might not think one of the wetter spots in the islands would rank so high on a dream-wedding list, but in the case of Princeville, looks trump weather. Perched on the cliffs of Kauai’s North Shore, the St. Regis offers world-class views of Hanalei Bay and the Bali Hai of 1958’s South Pacific. Add spot-on service and nobody’s going to mind a little morning drizzle.
