As part of Westin’s ongoing commitment to personal renewal, The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas has proudly implemented SuperFoods-focused menu offerings, based on nutritional concepts that highlight fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins that are known to improve well-being and longevity. Specific SuperFoods ingredients incorporated into the resort’s culinary offerings include spinach, tomatoes, blueberries, wild salmon, and avocados.
Nanea Restaurant & Bar led by Executive Chef Kahau Manzo features intimate indoor seating or open outdoor seating areas with an ocean view. The restaurant offers an extensive breakfast buffet, continental breakfast and a la carte options from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., a refreshing lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a full dinner menu featuring savory steak and seafood cuisine from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. In addition, guests can delight in the vegan and vegetarian menus as well as chef selected wines from the best wine regions of the world.
The poolside Wailele Bar offers casual cuisine and refreshing beverages every day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wailele (Hawaiian for waterfall) is an appropriate name, as guests can often enjoy spectacular waterfalls cascading from Kaua‘i’s mountain peaks in the background.
Princeville Market is the perfect stop for on-the-go guests, offering fresh-brewed coffee, baked goods, deli sandwiches, salads, and side dishes perfect for a picnic lunch on the beach.
Freshly marinated meats and island fish are available for poolside grilling or in-villa cooking, and specialty homemade pizzas and paninis are also available for carryout or villa delivery. Princeville Market is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Guests have the opportunity to assume the role of chef and cook at the resort’s poolside BBQ grills with ingredients from the general store, or they can utilize their villa’s fully stocked kitchen. All kitchens are equipped with stoneware and silverware and are stocked with pots, pans and quality appliances, including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and everything guests need to feel at home.
