The Halele’a Spa at the St. Regis is an extremely elegant, beautifully decorated spa whose ambiance immediately relaxes you as you are greeted by the friendly, welcoming staff. The spa is 11,000 sq.ft. and features twelve treatment rooms, a sauna; steam room infused with tropical essences; dressing rooms; a couples room and even a VIP room; showers with signature waterfall features; and, a lovely relaxation room that you might not want to leave for hours.

The custom treatments of the spa combine western techniques with Hawaiian healing traditions, including fresh island botanicals and fruits. The Halele’a Spa offers a choice of nine types of massages including sport, expectant mothers and couples massages.

There are numerous types of facials, waxing, Taro clay and Seaweed leaf body wraps, the salon that can do everything from coloring to cuts and styles and make-up applications. And of course, pedicures and manicures.

The Halele’a Spa is also home to an Athletic Center that features state-of-the-art-equipment and certified personal trainers. There is cardiovascular and strength training equipment, elliptical, stationary bicycles, recumbent bicycles, Kinesis machine and much more.

The Yoga and Fitness program includes Personal Training Programs, Beach Body Boot Camp, Hatha Yoga and Mat Pilates (fee). The Athletic Center is complimentary to guests of the St. Regis. There is a Spa Access fee of $50 per day to utilize the sauna, steam and hydrotherapy showers. Appointments are required 24 hours in advance at the spa directly for the Programs above and guests are requested to meet instructor in front of the spa 15 minutes prior to the scheduled classes.
